Youll handle 3050 real conversations a dayclients with billing or claims questions, and you solve them directly. Youll own outcomes and be remembered for it.

Youll Fit If You:

• Are licensed in Texas (P&C)
• Have 12+ months of experience with billing, claims, or renewals
• Move faster when its busy
• Want clients asking for you by name
• Youre organized, clear, and fast on the phones
• Speak Spanish? Youll help more clients

What Youll Actually Do:

• Solve billing + policy issues fast, across 3050 daily calls, emails, chats
• Track and beat metrics (resolution time, satisfaction, follow-up rates)
• Join weekly coachingcross-sell, retention, and communication
• Spot broken processes and help fix them

Pay + Perks:

• $45,000 base + monthly bonuses (top reps earn $60K$70K)

• MondayFriday only. No late nights. No weekend shifts.
• Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
