Youll handle 3050 real conversations a dayclients with billing or claims questions, and you solve them directly. Youll own outcomes and be remembered for it.

Youll Fit If You: - Are licensed in Texas (P&C)
- Have 12+ months of experience with billing, claims, or renewals
- Move faster when its busy
- Want clients asking for you by name
- Youre organized, clear, and fast on the phones
- Speak Spanish? Youll help more clients
What Youll Actually Do: - Solve billing + policy issues fast, across 3050 daily calls, emails, chats
- Track and beat metrics (resolution time, satisfaction, follow-up rates)
- Join weekly coachingcross-sell, retention, and communication
- Spot broken processes and help fix them
Pay + Perks: - $45,000 base + monthly bonuses (top reps earn $60K$70K)
