ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Looking for a person who wants to be a long-term staple within my agency. We are a fast-paced, growing team looking to add one more dedicated team member. In this role you will not only be serving our policy holders, but educating them on their policies while presenting new opportunities for their insurance needs. Individual must be willing to get licensed in Property & Casualty also Life & Health. If you can multitask and love the tight-knit feel of a small office environment, then this is the place for you. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exemplary communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Willing to become licensed.
