Job Description

We are searching for a Customer Account Specialist located in Camarillo, CA. THis role is a hybrid position, 3 days onsite/2 days remote.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with buyers and provides support for questions related to purchase orders, quotations, product inquiries, quality issues, and technical assistance.

Ideal candidate:

• Minimum of two years of customer service and/or account management highly preferred
• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong customer service skills; able to articulate and understand requests or issues
• Knowledge of ERP systems: SAP and CRM preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling ambiguity and changing priorities as needed
