ACCOUNTABLE FOR : Oversight of brand strategy, digital presence, public communications, media campaigns, content production, and marketing services for all affiliated companies

SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a member of the executive leadership team and provides strategic direction and oversight for all branding, marketing, and communications efforts across Enterprise Management and its affiliated organizations. The CMO leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing and executing brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, public relations, and audience engagement.
The CMO ensures alignment of brand voice, mission messaging, and marketing outcomes while increasing visibility, trust, and market reach across sectors. This role also oversees all client-facing marketing services provided through Enterprise Management, as outlined at .
SCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and lead the marketing and communications strategy for the Enterprise Management brand and all affiliated companies
Oversee production and dissemination of all internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, website content, brochures, and social media
Lead brand development efforts, including messaging, visual identity, and consistency across platforms
Direct all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, paid advertising, and analytics reporting
Oversee photography, video production, and multimedia storytelling to support programs, services, and outreach
Manage all marketing vendors, platforms, and external consultants
Supervise staff in marketing, communications, and creative roles
Guide marketing support for organizational events, program launches, and outreach initiatives
Track performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and conversion
Ensure compliance with privacy laws, brand standards, and content policies
Collaborate with CHRO, COO, and CEO on internal communications and employee engagement
Maintain and improve website content, design, and functionality in coordination with IT
Provide branding guidance and marketing resources to contracted companies
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing services rendered to contracted clients through Enterprise Management (see )

Respond to media inquiries and crisis communication needs as necessary
Assist in developing messaging for public statements or executive speeches
Lead special initiatives or campaigns related to recruitment, fundraising, or program awareness

Advise on market trends, new tools, or evolving best practices in digital communications
CORPORATE ADVERTISING & MARKETING FOCUSED COMPLIANCE OFFICER DUTIES:
Overview:
The Corporate Compliance Officer will possess the skills and experience necessary to identify potential issues within Advertising & Marketing. The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the programs, policies, and practices that ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards.
The Compliance Officer is expected to remain up to date on laws and regulations that may affect the organization's policies and procedures. This position requires objectivity, independence from other agency departments, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with investigative protocols and formal reporting practices.
Accountability:
The Corporate Compliance Officer shall be accountable to the CEO and/or Board of Directors.
Duties:
The chief responsibilities of the Compliance Officer include planning, implementing, and monitoring the Corporate Compliance Program. This position is also responsible for coordinating internal and external compliance audit activities and ensuring consistent communication of expectations and results.
The Corporate Compliance Officer will:
Oversee and monitor the implementation of the Corporate Compliance Program
Conduct corporate compliance risk assessments
Report regularly to the CEO and/or Board of Directors on compliance program progress and assist with developing improvement plans
Periodically revise and update the Compliance Program as needed
Review and evaluate Standards of Conduct Statements
Develop and implement a Compliance Training Plan for all staff
Assist the CEO with internal compliance review and monitoring activities
Investigate complaints and coordinate appropriate action plans with affected departments
Develop policies and practices that encourage staff to report suspected fraud or impropriety without fear of retaliation
Clearly communicate the objectives of the Compliance Program and track accomplishments
Access and review records related to compliance monitoring activities and document findings
Maintain a communication log for compliance-related inquiries and reports
Compile reports of calls received, investigations conducted, findings made, recommendations issued, actions taken, and progress achieved
Establish and communicate available reporting procedures and modes (e.g., email, online reporting tools, voice mail, suggestion box)
Conduct periodic interviews with internal and external stakeholders
Analyze program and service utilization patterns for irregularities
Conduct unannounced mock surveys, audits, inspections, and investigations to assess staff readiness and identify areas for corrective action
Reevaluate previously identified deficiencies to confirm implementation of improvements
Present written compliance evaluations and reports to the Compliance Committee, CEO, and/or Board of Directors at least annually

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Creative strategist with deep understanding of marketing, communications, and brand management
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, and Meta Business Suite
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and lead cross-functional projects
Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and vendor management skills
Familiarity with nonprofit and health/human service sector branding is a plus
LEVEL OF EDUCATION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (required); Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing and communications
At least 5 years in a leadership or executive role
Experience managing marketing functions for multi-entity or service-based organizations
Demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing campaigns and digital growth strategies
