Join Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, as a Class A CDL Driver specializing in Hazmat and Tanker operations. You'll operate various heavy and light-duty trucks, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll-offs. This role involves driving and performing hands-on duties at customer locations related to hazardous waste clean-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize health and safety by following all safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
• Operate commercial trucks and collaborate with field laborers in a team environment.
• Load and unload trucks as required.
• Conduct manual labor to meet customer needs on-site.
• Ensure proper placarding of vehicles in accordance with Company and DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, time sheets, and other reports.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
• Safely operate vehicles while following all operating guidelines.
• Conduct site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handle hazardous materials when necessary.
• Be available for on-call emergency response on a rotating basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are required.
• Must be capable of using various mobile devices.
• Physical ability to perform required job functions.
• Successfully pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination.
• Must meet facial hair standards as per OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Commercial driving experience.
• Previous experience with Hazmat operations.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Prior manual labor experience.
