What Youll Do - Work with teams across departments to understand goals, gather requirements, and support data-driven decision making
- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive improvements
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to help visualize business performance
- Document workflows, user stories, and business processes
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders, project managers, and developers
- Help test and validate new solutions or improvements to existing systems
What You Bring - A Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- An interest in solving business problems using data and analysis
- Familiarity with tools like Excel or Google Sheets (SQL or Power BI is a plus, not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Nice to Have (Not Required)- Internship, academic, or project experience in analysis, operations, or consulting
- Exposure to project management or product lifecycle basics
- Any experience with tools like SQL, JIRA, Tableau, or Agile methodology
