We are seeking a proactive, goal-driven Bilingual Intake Specialist to help grow our practice while serving our community.

Position Overview

As a Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will be the critical first point of contact for potential clients experiencing workplace injustices. This role offers significant earning potential through our performance incentive program, rewarding those who effectively identify and process viable cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively conduct initial client intakes in both English and Spanish
• Identify and pursue promising cases that align with our firm's expertise
• Convert inquiries into consultations and signed retainer agreements
• Meet or exceed monthly intake and conversion targets
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all potential cases
• Effectively communicate case merits to attorneys
• Take ownership of the intake process from initial contact to case acceptance

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently
• Results-oriented mindset with strong closing skills
• Previous sales, customer service, or client acquisition experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency

Location & Schedule

• Full-time, in-office position at our Canoga Park location
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
