Bilingual English/Spanish Finance Company Customer Service Representative

At Centra Funding, we’re looking for a motivated individual willing to learn the equipment finance industry and join our passionate Customer Service team. You would assist customers and field questions about their equipment loan products. You’d be acting as a customer advocate and representing the company with each interaction.

This person must be able to work well as part of a team and act as an ambassador for the Centra Funding team. We’re looking for someone who wants to go above and beyond to meet quick turnaround times for our customers. Centra is a growing business which will have room for advancement in the near term!

What you’ll do on a typical day:

· Develop understanding of Centra Funding processes

· Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

· Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner

· Diagnose problems, research options to effectively resolve customer related inquiries

· Prepare and monitor customer requests for Due Date Changes and Payoff Request

· Modify and set up payment schedules at the customers’ request, including processing payments and payoffs

· Process lien releases and request titles on paid off accounts

· Complete insurance verifications and assist with claims processing

· Assist customers with online portal activations

· Update customer contact information in our systems

· Perform special projects assigned by management

· Go the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications

· Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

· 2+ years of college education a Plus

· Ability to multi-task in a growing and fast-paced environment

· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Ability to learn Salesforce, Odessa, and other customer service CRM systems

· Strong verbal communication skills

· Strong customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Good sense of humor
