Job Description: Bid Process Specialist Location: United States Start Date: 05 January 2026 Pay Rate: $40 Per Hour Job Description: As a Bid Process Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process for a variety of projects. You will work closely with internal teams to develop winning proposals and ensure compliance with all requirements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead the bid process from start to finish Review and analyze bid documents to understand requirements Develop and write compelling proposals that meet client needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and in compliance with regulations Track and report on bid progress and outcomes Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management or proposal writing Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software
