Job Description

This position will provide administrative support to the faculty of the Social Sciences department. The student should be proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc.), be detail oriented, conscientious, and have a good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Copying and scanning materials for professors/instructors
• Updating the Social Sciences website to keep it current
• Tracking research participants
• Checking for and retrieving copy and mail room documents for faculty
• Collating faculty materials
• Running errands
• Monitoring Department's web page

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft office
• Coordinate and collate research participant schedules
• Current Social/ Behavioral Sciences Major or Minor
• Third or fourth year student preferred
