Our baristas are the heart and soul of our coffee shop, crafting delicious beverages and having fun in the process. We believe in growth! RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-creative positive experiences with our amazing customers
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, smoothies, refreshers, and energy drinks
• Creativity is encouraged (coming up with new drinks, processes, product ideas)
• Provide exceptional service with a friendly and engaging attitude
• Operate drink equipment and troubleshoot any issues
• Prepare / bake / cook food for our customers
• Keep up-date with coffee / drink trends and new brewing / crafting techniques
• Create latte art and other visually appealing coffee presentations

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are willing to train the right candidate, no previous experience necessary
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Passion for creating a positive work environment
• Desire to learn and grow
