**Job Title: Bar Manager**

**Position Overview:**
Lions Den Coffee is seeking a motivated and passionate Bar Manager to join our team. The Bar Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our beverage offerings, developing our team, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing monthly drink specials, training staff, managing inventory, and collaborating closely with the store lead.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Drink Specials Development:**
- Create and execute innovative monthly drink specials to attract customers and enhance the menu.
- Collaborate with the team to gather feedback and ideas for new beverage offerings.
2. **Staff Training and Development:**
- Train bar staff on drink preparation, menu knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Assist in the hiring process by identifying potential candidates and conducting interviews.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages team growth and development.
3. **Inventory Management:**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that all necessary items are stocked and available.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with suppliers to reorder products as needed.
4. **Operational Communication:**
- Maintain open and effective communication with the store lead to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Address any operational challenges promptly and efficiently.
5. **Customer Engagement:**
- Interact with customers to gather feedback on drink specials and overall experience.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a bar management or supervisory role in a coffee shop or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and motivate team members effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
