As an On-Call Banquet Food Server, you will be integral to our success, providing outstanding guest service by delivering food and beverages with a smile. We value friendly, courteous, and professional interactions, ensuring our guests leave with unforgettable memories. Essential Job Functions: Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness. Thoughtfully prepare banquet tables with the perfect setup as detailed in the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to create an inviting and memorable experience. Deliver guests' food and beverage with enthusiasm, regularly revisit tables to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction. After each function, reset the banquet room as specified in the BEO or per given instructions to ensure it's perfectly prepared for the next event. Ensure the banquet facilities are impeccably organized after each event by replenishing and properly storing all condiments and supplies. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all banquet facilities. $7.50 per hour plus service. Physical Demands: Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs. Manual dexterity of hands to use food and beverage equipment. Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the meeting spaces and kitchen areas. Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 1 year Banquet Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred. Food Handlers Certification required.
