Overview:

Were seeking an Assistant Location Manager to support daily operations of a busy car rental branch in Charleston . This role works closely with the Location Manager to ensure smooth operations, strong customer satisfaction, and growth in revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on leadership and excellent customer service.
• Support revenue goals by coaching staff, driving sales, and developing local business relationships.
• Help oversee fleet management to maximize utilization and protect assets.
• Assist with staff recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve customer satisfaction scores and overall operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of management experience required.
• Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Background in customer service required; automotive or rental industry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with technology.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $55,000 base salary
• Commission and bonus opportunities
