Key Responsibilities: • Manage, perform, and document initial and ongoing nursing assessments using our exclusive Life Profile platform, which includes thorough safety risk and skilled nursing evaluations. • Conduct combined Life Profile and skilled assessments as a licensed medical professional for follow-up visits. • Utilize WellSky for personal care documentation, plus access to our SHNU and SHWM accounts for scheduling, uploading client documents, and creating/editing care plans. • Familiarize yourself with specialized training like Senior Gems for dementia care to enhance client support.
