Android Developer

• Android Native, Flutter, React Native

• Android developer : primarily Android development in Java and Kotlin languages.
• Cordova / react Mobile/ flutter / other hybrid apps and JavaScript / reactJS development will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Java and Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with third-party APIs and data sources.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and improve application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Android app development.
• Proficient in Java and Kotlin .
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Published at least one original Android app in the Play Store.
• Knowledge of modern architectural patterns like MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with tools like Android Studio, Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
